One room available (not shared) in an apartment with two other men. Room furnished with closet, bed, desk, bedside nightstand, two lamps, and full height mirror. Common room includes tv, table w/ 4 chairs, stereo, couch and comfy chair, and coffee table. Good kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, eating dishes and utensils (also with rice cooker, toaster, and electric water heater, oven, microwave, refrigerator). Washer and dryer included in the apartment. Your apartment has a decent bathroom, and a balcony. Has both heating and air conditioning.

The apartment building has good security, with access cards to the building, the apartment, and a separate key for your individual room. Rent is $185/week (includes everything EXCEPT phone, internet or electric. Electric will be split 3 ways, but phone and internet is up to you to connect if needed). The location is great, especially if you attend uni at UniSA (City East), or UniAdelaide. 1 minute walk from Rundle Mall and all the shops you could want there (including Woolworths). A short walk gets you to any public transit you want (bus, tram, and train) giving you easy access to any suburb in Adelaide you might want to go to.

The lease, between you and Student Living Australia, is good for 6 months, but is possible to extend or shorten your stay. I'm looking for someone to take the room on Dec. 1st of this year (2009). Starting date is flexible, but early December is preferred.
